VIBEly is a self-hosted AI website builder that allows users to generate, edit, and deploy web applications using artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree not to use VIBEly for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful code, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Content you create using VIBEly belongs to you. VIBEly retains ownership of its platform, technology, branding, and proprietary tools. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute VIBEly's underlying technology.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
VIBEly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to VIBEly at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
